Pet Rescue in Tonbridge!

Our tree surgeons have been putting their climbing skills into action to rescue a cat called Willow.  Willow had been stuck up a tree overnight during Storm Freya - too scared to come down by herself. Tree Survive got the call in the morning and Rudi came straight over to Tonbridge to perform the rescue.

Willow was half way up a 60m high tree and although the winds in Tonbridge had dropped, it was still quite gusty. After an initial climb to assess the situation, Rudi was able to reach the cat and bring her down in his backpack. The photo below shows Willow back at home, no worse for her experience, curled up next to her brother.
